1. Definitions
“Member” means the natural person who takes out a subscription. “Platform” refers to the website and services of Dance Dance Dance.
2. Subscription and payment
The subscription is paid monthly (or annually) in advance via the offered payment methods. The subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled in time.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund will be issued for the period already paid.
4. Use of the content
All lessons and videos are intended exclusively for the personal use of the member. It is not permitted to download, share, publish, or reproduce content without written permission.
5. Availability
We strive for continuous availability, but cannot guarantee that the platform operates without interruptions at all times. Maintenance may lead to a temporary interruption.
6. Liability
Participation in the classes is at your own risk. If in doubt about your health, consult a doctor first. Dance Dance Dance is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from the use of the classes.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and the offer. In the event of substantial changes, we will inform you in advance.
8. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Participation by children
Participation by minors takes place under the responsibility of a parent or guardian. The lessons for children are designed to be appropriate and safe; parental involvement is encouraged. A subscription for a child is taken out by an adult.
